The Kodak Target Brownie Six-20, not to be confused with the Brownie Target Six-20, comes with a different faceplate.
It is presented here in a sober livery, where the identification is unambiguous.
A zipper visible above the shutter offers the choice between exposure B and snapshot I. Vertically from the lens, in front of the handle, you can see the diaphragm control which alternates between two positions: 11 or 16.
